At British Airways we provide an easy means for both current and retired colleagues to donate to charity through our payroll giving scheme.

Since 1993, British Airways has supported Cancer Research UK through the Race for Life.  In 1997 BA hosted its own race at our corporate HQ at Waterside know as the BA Fun Run we have raised over £800,000 for Cancer Research UK.

 

CargoDonation of recycled merchandise to charities

We donate a range of recycled merchandise to charities as well as proving essential cargo space to our nominated charities. One example is Sreepur Village in Bangladesh who produce hand made greeting cards that are sold in the UK. All the proceeds go directly back to the charity to support its running cost.
